Hi!
Last night I ordered 3 Pokemon 151 JPN sv2a boxes and after I noticed that the shrink wrap has pokeballs but from what I keep reading, these boxes didn’t have any pokeballs on the wrap. Does this mean the boxes are fake? Please help! https://www.ebay.com/itm/168631726737?mkevt=1&mkpid=0&emsid=e11401.m144671.l197929&mkcid=7&ch=osgood&euid=d0e31ec19f3a45df8d7954046586ff16&bu=43797712182&exe=0&ext=0&osub=-1%7E1&crd=20260831200326&segname=11401

Mentor1 week ago@dsantiago13 It is not possible to tell from the photos for a lay person, it would take an expert in cards which I am not.
I see that the listing has been removed. Did you get a refund?
If not then you will not file a refund request. When I peaked at the link for the listing last night it showed the sellers location as China. I say it's very risky to buy any brand name items from China.
If you have NOT received a refund then be sure to file my advice exactly. You have only 3 days to file a return request from date of delivery for trading cards.
If the cards are late arriving>>
File a not received refund request when it is one day past the last estimated delivery date stated in your purchase history. https://www.ebay.com/help/buying/returns-refunds/get-help-item-hasnt-arrived?id=4042 Then Ask eBay Step in and help on the 4th business day if the seller has not refunded you.
NEXT> If the cards DO arrive on time then you can file a return request as an incorrect item location makes the item not as described.
The seller will not be able to provide a valid return label since they are located in another country. If the seller shipped from the US they are not allowed to require a return to another country even for buyers remorse returns. Sellers are required to pay return shipping for not as described items no matter where they are located.
Select the return item button on this page:
https://www.ebay.com/help/buying/returns-refunds/return-item-refund?id=4041&st=
The reason Doesn't Match photos and description.
Ask eBay to Step In from the case after 4 business days if the seller has not refunded or sent the money to your PayPal account to pay return shipping>
https://www.ebay.com/help/buying/returns-refunds/ask-ebay-step-help-buyers?id=4701&st=
The seller then has the choice of sending you the money to pay return shipping to your PayPal account OR refunding you without a return of the item. Do NOT pay return shipping yourself and expect to be refunded for it after the item is returned even if an agent says to do this as eBay can not force a refund from the seller for more than the original sale price.
eBay may place the case on hold for 5 days if the seller chooses the PayPal option.
99% of the time a seller in another country will refund without a return of the item once you involve customer service.
Returns to countries NOT on this list must ship via Priority Mail or you will not have tracking proof of delivery.>

If you do have to buy a return label with the funds the seller provided then you MUST enter the tracking number into the return request so you will have proof of the return.
Adding tracking to your return:
Adding tracking details to your return helps protect against delays or issues in the refund process.
Here's how to add the tracking information to your return if you're using your own return shipping label:
Go to the return request in Purchase History.
Select the shipping carrier from the dropdown list. If you select Other, enter the carrier name.
Enter the tracking number.
Select Mark as sent.

OP1 week agoThank you for responding. I noticed that the the item was taken down earlier today after I had posted this question. As soon as I noticed that, I got on the phone with eBay and asked 1. What was the “This listing has been removed for a policy violation.” about and 2. Can I submit a request for a refund and they did submit one successfully so just waiting game now. I’ll keep you posted on what happens next.
