Question about protection plans
Hello,
I am selling a vintage tv. A buyer bought my tv and cancelled the order. He messaged and said he chose the option to add 1 year of protection for $12.99 but that amount was not added to the total. So he cancelled.
He said he would buy the tv if he can add the additional protection. Any ideas about why the protection plan would not be included in his order?
