Question About Payment Method for Selling Costs
Dear eBay Customer Support,
I would like to ask about a payment issue on my account.
Due to a delay in payment processing, I temporarily used my personal credit card to make the payment. However, I found that my company credit card can no longer be used specifically for selling costs.
This company card had been accepted and used successfully in the past, so I do not understand why it is no longer available for this purpose.
Could you please investigate this issue and explain:
- why the company card is no longer accepted for selling costs,
- whether any settings or restrictions have changed on my account,
- and what steps I need to take to use the company card again?
