Question about Omega XL
My husband got the product today from a seller in eBay. The bottle has 300 soft gel. I checked QR code come with the bottle, this QR code is for 120 soft gel. The softgel is bigger than the bottle that my husband bought before. Besides the bottom of the bottle has a small hole .The seller said return product is not accepted.
For the fact the we are so doubt in quality and the defect in bottle, can I ask for refund.

Ebay has a 30-day Money Back Guarantee for Buyer Purchase Protection. That Guarantee overrides an individual Seller's return policy.
If you received something that you feel is not as shown in the listing, you can open an Item Not as Described refund request.
The Seller will have three business days to respond with either a prepaid return label or a full refund. If they don't respond on time, on the 4th day go back to your request and ask eBay to step in and force the refund.
Don't let this Seller string you along or convince you to close your refund request.
You must open the request on eBay for eBay to be involved.
