Question About Missing Amount in eBay Payout
I sold a golf launch monitor for $300. The shipping cost was $6.79.
According to eBay, the total fees were $44.93, and the net sales amount was shown as $264.23.
However, the actual payout I received was only $184.68.
This difference seems far too large to be explained by taxes alone. As far as I understand, taxes should not reduce $264.23 down to $184.68.
Is there an additional deduction that I am not aware of?
If so, could someone please explain exactly what was deducted and why?
I have tried contacting eBay support, but I keep getting redirected without receiving a clear explanation. I would really appreciate any clarification on why only $184.68 was paid out.
Thank you in advance for your help.

You are probably seeing the shipping for newer orders deducted from your payout. Shipping is paid from available funds. Go to your payment account and click on the payout to see the payments and deductions.
