    Question about how to contact a new seller that I have not purchased anything from before
                     

    How can I contact a seller that I have never purchased anything from before? Yesterday, I tried to contact the seller, but I was only given choices of topics by eBay, and none of them explained how I can contact the seller directly by writing my own message. This is frustrating because I used to be able to contact a seller directly by sending a message, but for some reason I cannot do that now! If someone knows, could someone please answer me? And when I selected CONTACT EBAY, once again, I only had options to choose from, and none of them explained how to contact a seller before you purchase anything from them, by writing your own message, and not with eBays choices. Thank you

    @lilac_flwr2011  Go to one of the sellers listings and select contact seller.

    Then you have to type in the box that says send message.  See this post that has screen shots>
