Question about getting out of below standard
My current metric that is causing me to be below standard 5 out 97 sales where I stated I didn’t have the item. The above standard Ratio is 2%. To get under 2% by my math I would need to sell an additional 103 items. If I sold 103 more items I think this would bring around 2%. Is my math correct.If so, not sure I can recover in their timeline.
