Question About Combining Multiple Listings for One Buyer
Hello, I am a newer eBay seller and I would like to handle a buyer request the correct way. I currently have three separate Buy It Now listings with Best Offer and separate shipping charges. A potential buyer messaged me saying they are interested in purchasing all three items together at an agreed combined price, with combined shipping so the items can be shipped in one package. I do not want to end the listings and create a separate custom listing unless that is the proper eBay-recommended method, because I want to avoid creating a poor experience for watchers or other buyers. Could you please tell me the best and most professional way to handle this through eBay? Specifically, should the buyer add all three items to their cart and request a combined invoice/total from me, should I send offers on each listing, or is there another recommended process for combining multiple active listings into one shipment and one adjusted total?
