Question about a cancelled purchase

Cancelled purchase almost immediately. ( wanted to use PayPal credit not checking acct) Then purchased again the next day. ( still came out of checking) Both charges ( even though the first one said it was refunded) are still in my checking account. Why? How do I fix it?

You need to log into your PayPal account and change the settings there to select the payment source you want before using PayPal to purchase items on ebay.
