I buy a TCM the seller say its already programming,but when i plug in me car doesnt work,after a few messages with the sales man he say “you need pay for programming”.
Of course i dont pay for programming(250 tcm+200 programming)i buy one from mazda dealer brand new oem for $600.

I send the tcm back and the guy sende me wrong shipping label from ebay,after messages they sendme another shipping label in a message,its already delivery in a seller address.

Now after 45 days they dont give me money back. I send a lot a email to ebay and messages to seller but they onle say”we are verific your situation”. Any help i really appreciate.

Did you click a link to print the return shipping label? That link would have been sent by ebay, or did you receive a label via ebay direct from the seller? Once tracking shows Delivered by to the seller, the seller has 2 days to refund you. If no refund, you go back to the returns request and click Ask ebay to step in, to force the refund.
