Question
I had a buyer ask for me to cancel their order…I accepted and cancelled the order…
Ebay took the refund out of my available funds when I never received any money on the cancelled order …Why???

The original purchase went into your Processing funds but can be used to cover cancellations. Those funds would not be immediately Available for a Payout to be sent to you for another day or two in most cases.

OP8 months agoSo when I allowed the cancellation ..they used my available funds to repay him and that amount will be avail back to me in a few days .. Even though there was no completed transaction
