Question
I was selling a golf driver, I described the driver in great detail, the buyer won the auction then decided he didn't want it because 'he didn't read everything correctly'. I spoke with an ebay representative and they said to continue to send it. When the buyer received the golf club, the club was magically 'damaged'. The club was packaged in a carboard box. I am confident the buyer damaged the club on purpose in order to get his money back. What do I do?
