How do I get in touch with an actual person at Ebay?

·2 years agoTo speak to someone at eBay, you need to have eBay call you. On the link below, click on "Have Us Call You" between the time listed below the link. A representative will call back and you can talk to them about your problem. Usually doesn't take too long to get a call back. Since Covid, eBay reps have been working from home. You can't call them, but they will call you.
