Question
I purchased a pair of boots .I wear a size 9.5 and ordered that size of course. When the seller shipped the box it said they were as the article portrayed a 9.5 boot. They came and were a size 7. Nowhere in my mind could I phathom a seller sending a wrong size on purpose. Then I began to look at bootbit doesn't even match the picture on her ad. She said no returns. I thought she must have just made a mistake but when I received her email back I realized she threw whatever she had left over in the box not ccaring to match my sale to the sixe I ordered and told me all sales final and closed the ticket. I'm furious she's getting away wIth thisbensy isn't backing messaging I should have selected wrong descriptIon I'm not even sure what k selected is luvkly I paid thru psypal maybye they unfrrstand this woman is a con. I wouldn't want her selling on my platform if that's the manor she conducts busiNess in and now I'm thinking twice about ebays guarantee and letting her keep frauding people.i think she needs permanent kicked off ebay. I bet she went to Wal mart to but boots they didn't have a 9.5 and she's 2 lazy to go to another wal.mart so she sends whatever she feels like. I'm mystified with this entire transaction. We all know she's in the wrong yet I'm the only one getting punished why is rhat

·2 years agoDo as suggested by EastLaneAve, but if you didn’t use PayPal, then go directly to your funding source and open a dispute stating the item received is not as described/what was ordered.

I'm sorry that happened.
If you opened an eBay Return Request that was closed, then your next step is to open a return through PayPal. You should choose a reason such as "Item is not as described" or "Item doesn't match description and photos". You should be able to win this and get a refund.
(On eBay your return would have been approved if you chose "Item doesn't match pictures and description". It sounds like you chose "doesn't fit".)
