Question
I’ve been fighting with a seller who mistakenly put the wrong number of GB listed for a tablet it was SUPPOSED to be 64 instead I received a 32 GB one. I’ve decided to keep it and wanting a partial refund but the seller claims I opened a dispute which I can’t find any history of on my account. What do I do since they say they are refusing the refund till the dispute is closed , but again I have no disputes showing on my account. Thanks
oh and it’s an older purchase now 90 days old , but I initially contacted the seller just a couple days after the 30 day mark .
