I just recently made a sale but the buyer has no feedback and started their account on Jan 29th 2024. I'm concerned this may be a scam, should I cancel the order? I'm kinda new to selling on Ebay. I've heard of these people buying an item then complaining. Ebay in turn returns their money and they keep my item
