Qualify for funds faster sale count

Question

I have 42 completed sales, but when I check my seller dashboard under the 'qualify for funds faster' part it only says 5 and I need 10. Everything else is checked.

My reputation is above standard. I always ship the same day or next at the latest.

I have one return that got damaged in shipping. I refunded him the next day.

I am not sure why my completed sales haven't gone up?

Any ideas?

Unfortunately, monitoring your account is done by computer based on the parameters that eBay sets for New or Returning Sellers. Funds can be on hold for up to 31 days depending on the situation, account level, etc. Transaction holds | eBay
