I received a QR code yesterday to return a wrong item, but today the QR code has completely disappeared from my phone. Where can I find it?

Were you given a refund? If so, you would no longer have access to the QR code. Once a Buyer is refunded, eBay considers the case closed.

Thank you. I got to speak to a real person at eBay who said the same. Apparently, if the seller isn't bothered about having the item returned, the refund goes through and the QR code isn't needed anymore. Thanks again for your reply.
