QR code used twice
I recently sent out two packages using QR codes instead of labels. One was sent out early August and arrived on time. The next was sent out on August 12th. I must have had the post office scan the first QR code again, because it’s been 10 days and the tracking number says label has been created and it hasn’t been shipped. I looked up the tracking number from the first QR code and it shows the first package delivered on the 12th. It ALSO shows a label created on the 12th and another delivery on the 12th. I obviously messed up. It never occurred to me the QR code was wrong, bc there was no mention from the postal worker. I contacted the person from the first qr code and he said he has it. I don’t know if he will keep or not. What can I do? He has admitted to receiving it on our eBay messaging. I need help!
