My USPS person wouldn't scan the QR code eBay sent me for an outgoing package. Is this going to be a problem?

Wouldn't, or couldn't?

I use a printer to print out all of my labels, but I see people all the time show their phone to the clerk in order to scan it to print out a shipping label.

I just showed her the QR on the phone. She said she didn't need it, scanned the package bar code instead and took the package and left.

If you printed your label through eBay it had a tracking number the carrier can scan so the QR code is not required for them picking up your pre-labeled packages.

QR codes are for use in taking to the Post Office so they can print your label.
