QR code not working at USPS
Took my package in to USPS to get it scanned and the package shipped. The QR code didn't work telling the USPS worker that the label was "empty" I cant contact Ebay about this and nothing on their help center answers this. Please advise.

Mentor1 year ago@ke372808 While you can contact customer service for this issue the best you're likely to get is a " promise" to open a repair ticket.
You might have to void this label and then buy a new label at the post office. Be sure to manually add the tracking number to the sold listing by selecting edit next to the existing tracking number. You can't remove the first number.
You can void/ cancel the label within 28 days of purchasing it from the actions drop down menu next to the label on this page>

The sold item will have two tracking numbers so be sure to let the buyer know which tracking number to watch. You can not remove the extra tracking number.
