QR code invalid at PO

Question

Help! We use the QR code to be scanned at the post office and today all 19 packages scanned fine but 1 said invalid code. We cancelled and reprinted with a different code and it still said the same thing. We cancelled print the label at home but the code is the same. Will this work printing it ourselves or do we need to cancel, get another new label and try to print it at home again??

@k2_treasures I recommend printing it out yourself if you are able. That usually fixes the issue.
