QR code does not work

Hi, my QR code is not working on my baseball card that was authenticity guaranteed by ebay. Is this fake? I've tried multiple phones.

@tfal3589 . If it was shipped to you from the authenticity center then it's authentic. There must be some kind of error on the qr code I recommend contacting customer service on social media so there's not a language barrier. Here's how to contact eBay general customer service. 1.
