What happened to the QR code? It disappeared. And, now I need it, bc my printer does not work.

Mentor2 years ago@shack-1776 You have to select the QR code option at the bottom of the label page when buying your label. Unfortunately there is not a way to change to QR code after a printed label is purchased.
You can void/ cancel the label this label and then buy new a label with the QR code option. Go to the Actions drop down menu next to the label on this page>

The sold item will have two tracking numbers so be sure to let the buyer know which tracking number to watch. You can not remove the extra tracking number.
