Puzzled about Seller Status drop
Hi everyone, I have a question regarding seller status. I went from a top performer to currently an above standard seller, yet my reputation as a seller is as good or better than ever. Can you help me to see why I may have been removed as a top performer? I really don’t care too much in regards to my current buyers since I work very hard to connect and my customer service skills are very good. However, I am mindful that reputation is important to buyers unaware of my selling practices. Any insights that I am missing? Kind regards, Elaine and thank you in advance.
