Putting product in my cart

I am trying to put certain items in my cart however, it keeps coming back saying there is an error and nothing goes into my cart. Any help would be greatly appreciated

What is the eBay item number? Should be twelve digits, located in the page address right after the /itm/ or in the upper right of the body of the item description.
