i read that auction wins were final , but why have i sold 3 things this week 2 have not paid and the 3rd was today and it says they want to shop more till next week , thats to long! the other 2 when the time was up it then said payment could not be prossesed so i still had to relist

If you allow combined shipping, and have opted into autopay, ebay now gives the buyer the option to "continue shopping" to take advantage of that, so the buyer gets 7 days in order to pay. If you want the buyer to pay within 1 hour when the auction ends, you need to remove allowing combined shipments.
