seller promised to make it a local pickup, but did nothing - I wish to post a negative comment about the seller, but since I never bought anything from her, I don't know how to do so

Mentor6 months agoYou are asking something that is not in the listing. The seller has done nothing wrong. I'm sorry, but it is you who are breaking eBay rules. It is quite possible that it is a purse that must go through authentication and the seller doesn't want to break the rules. @carolking14
