Hi, I am in need of some assistance with a buyer they purchased a PRADA purse from my store.. my store is called the purse lady…
#325745498489 is the number associated to the purse…. The buyer claims it’s fake… explain to the buyer Katie#0675 I did in fact, find the receipt and authenticated papers from the company called what goes around, comes around that authenticated the purse… I believe the buyer just did not like the purse once received…
I told her I will refund her info once I receive the PRADA purse, has been returned … which it has as of today, August 27th
But I’ve read her feedback I think it’s on kind of hurt to blame this on me that she did not receive her money at a timely manner… I’m hoping that EBay can withdrew her feedback as I am trying to run a small business.
It’s stated on my post in all of my post of each an item that, if not completely satisfied, I will refund the money… only when it is returned in its original condition… upon inspection of the purse and the items of free gift. Everything was satisfactory…. I will refund her money as soon as EBay allows it.
I am just simply asking for EBay to step in and remove the negative feedback she placed on me. This is not my doing if the money was not refunded to her again in a timely manner.
