Purhcased Return label for buyer to send back the item and they're saying they can't find it.
A buyer asked for a return and refund - I honored the request and sent a refund and purcahsed a return label through ebay. Since then, the buyer is claiming that no label was sent to them and that they're unable to locate any label. Can someone please provide any sort of guidance on what I can do here?

Mentor1 year ago@microm-260. If you refunded before the buyer printed the label then they won't be able to print it.
Your only option is to buy a label and send it as a jpg in eBay messages. I like pirateship.com as they charge the same price as eBay and will automatically refund you if the label is not used within 30 days

Tell them to go to their Purchase History, find the item and click on "view return details" in order to print the label.
