Purewick EXTERNAL catheter listing taken down

Question

Is anyone else having issues with their listing for the purewick external catheter listing being taken down for violating eBay policies. They said I can't sell an item that needs a prescription but it doesn't. It also isn't something that is inserted anywhere. The word external is in the name of the product. I appealed but they said nope.
What's going on?

@esc917 I understand that this is frustrating. Do NOT try to relist even if an agent says it's ok as they can not reset the BOTS and the listing would taken down again.

You will need to sell this elsewhere.
