Purchse History
My purchase history has disappeared from my account. I use to be able to see about 3 years worth. Now, there are no orders showing even for stuff I bought this year. Does anyone know how to get the purchase history information back once it is gone? Or why it disappears so quickly?

Mentor3 years agoThe default view is the last sixty days, but you should be able to change the date range to show the entire current year or either of the two most recently completed calendar years.
If the transactions do not appear in your Purchase History, check your Summary page instead.
Finally, be sure you are signed in to the correct eBay account.
Try viewing your transactions on ebay.ca instead of ebay.com to rule out a site issue.
