purchasing pre owned shirts
I bought 3 shirts all Pre owned and Cotton with 2 being labeled large and 1 labeled an extra Large. All 3 are shrunk to Medium or Small Clearly. The shirts are Large when New but are now Shrunk and the XL Shirt I can't even get on. I understand that Cotton Shrinks but should the Seller not mention that they now look like Smalls now? It is obvious to see when held up but in the pictures you can't tell and it is obvious they would not fit as a large or XL. I where Larges comfortably and I am not big or Tall. I emailed seller 2 times after purchase about another matter but they did not reply. Is this something I should bring up.

·1 year agoJust to add - do NOT use the reason doesn’t fit, the seller can then decline the return. Do as @disneyshopper mentioned and use Doesn’t match pictures or description.

Mentor1 year agoThe easiest way is to go to your Purchase history, locate the item. Click on RETURN THIS ITEM because it is Not as Described. You will need to click on More to see that option. The seller will need to provide a prepaid shipping label for its return. The buyer prints out the label, affixes it to the box, and has the counter clerk scan the label. When tracking shows DELIVERED back to the seller, the seller needs to refund the buyer within 2 days. If no refund, the buyer goes back to the case and clicks on Ask ebay to step in, to force the refund.
ebay's Money Back Guarantee expires 30 days after receipt of the item. The MBG trumps a seller's No Returns policy if the Item is Not as Described. The no returns policy is only good for buyer's remorse. For those reasons, the seller can decline the return.
