Purchasing name brand vs aftermarket...
I had thought according to the seller's discription that I was purchasing a OEM or brand name part for a ATV I had just purchased which had a aftermarket part in place that I wanted to switch back to oem what originally came on the atv so after reading seller's discription that stated that "you will receive exactly what is pictured in auction" so I paid the extra money for the used oem part but when I receive the part a couple days later it was not what was pictured in auction but a brand new aftermarket part so my question is should the seller provide me with the oem part that was described in an auction and priced as oem because aftermarket is substantially cheaper than OEM or do they waste my and there time and send it back and start my search again? BTW the just contacted me and said that if I want the oem in picture it would cost me $300 more which I know has to be wrong to do business like that what do you think?
