Purchasing gold bars seller does not ship if price of gold rises
I purchased a gold bar from an auction. The price of gold bars went up over a $300 a bar. The seller did not ship, because seller did not to let the gold go in a rising market. Ebay has over $1900 of my money with the seller holding on to the gold bar. The seller wants me to request a refund? I would have to pay over $425 more for a gold bar at current prices. The seller should pay me the difference in the market price. Sellers should be barred from the Ebay network, when they behave in dishonest business practices.
