Purchasing from a seller that has 0 feedback, 0 history, & a suspiciously low price for a high price

Seller has a motorcycle with a high value for a very low price. Seller has 0 feedback, 0 sale ratings, no history, and a 3 day listing ,wanting payment 3 days after sale ends. Is there a way to verify that this seller is legit, and item is actually for sale? Thank you for your help and comments, suggestions.

Buying a motorcycle ON EBAY is different fron buying other stuff. After winning the listing, arrange to go to the location of the vehicle. Before handing over the cash, either inspect the motorcycle yourself or have an expert mechanic inspect it. Once you're sure you want it, and the title is presented, you can pay the seller the amount you offered and they accepted in the eBay listing. Go to the local DMV and present the signed over title to the DMV. Drive off with your newly bought motorcycle.
