purchasing correct label.

Question

I posted an item and chose usps first class large envelope shipping. When the buyer purchased the item my only shipping option is the usps ground shipping, I checked options but that one is not given.

Since tracking is not available with a First Class large envelope, eBay doesn't offer a label for it.

If you don't ship with tracking, you'll receive defects on your seller record and you want to avoid that at all costs. I would upgrade to Ground Advantage (covering the cost yourself) and then update any active listings if needed so that you are paid for the type of shipping you need to use.

You will also receive a defect for not shipping within your stated handling time, so you need to ensure you're doing that. Otherwise, change the handling time on your listings (though I would recommend that only if absolutely necessary as buyers want their items ASAP).
