Purchasing a service on ebay
I purchased a repair service on ebay to repair my radio on my car. The unit was having issues resetting. The repair service has a 12 month warranty. I had to ship the radio to them in Albania. The contact was very good and informative. When they received the unit and started the repair they ran into problems and requested more time to repair. After 2.5 months they stated it was not repairable. By this time I cannot request a refund from ebay since it has passed the 30 days. Working with the ebay system, it tells me I have been refunded a 1/4 of the cost I paid but I am not sure where this refund is and I still do not have my radio.

Unfortunately all you can do now is to try a chargeback with your funding source.
