Purchasing a scope mount
Dual Rings Scope Mount 25.4mm/30mm Weaver rail Bubble Level Cantilever Forward
when I go to purchase this item a note pops up stating something about export laws and regulations.
my question is can I purchase this item if I live in the USA? I’m thinking this sounds like a disclaimer for selling (export) outside of the US.
Am I correct in my assumption?
