This is a common scam, and you are dealing with a criminal who is trying to steal your money.

eBay has nothing to do with listings on other sites. If the item isn't listed on the eBay website and if you don't purchase it through the eBay listing, the transaction has nothing to do with eBay.

You can ensure an ad is legitimate if the ad is actually on the eBay site. Anything you find on Marketplace, etc and it says that eBay will be handling the same is a SCAM. Never pay with gift cards.

Hi @pamwa.pa.uduhqci If it is not on eBay then consider it a scam. Don't buy it unless you can go see it and inspect it ... of course that's just common sense.
