Purchasing a pistol part
I am a United States citizen, and ebay seems to have flagged me as someone from outside the United States, so I'm not allowed to purchase a pistol barrel.
How do I convince ebay that I am a U.S. citizen?
Thank you.

Are you outside the US now? Are you using a non-US network connection? A VPN? A hotspot? A Starlink network?
