Purchased two shipping labels for the same item
Hello Ebay community,
I am a pretty new seller. I purchased two labels for the same item. I was charged twice and the buyer received two tracking numbers. The order was delivered so now I know which label was not used. Can I seek a refund for the unused shipping?

Mentor5 months agoIf you purchased the shipping label through eBay then you have 28 days to cancel the label. You would need to find the unused label in your shipping label list. From th drop down menu click on cancel. The shipping carrier must see that the label was not used which takes up to 21 days. Once approved eBay will let you know and the refund will be available as a payout.
