Hello. I purchased two shipping labels by mistake. One was used to ship the item successfully. Can I be refunded for the second one that was purchased by mistake? Thanks.

How long you have to cancel a shipping label depends on the shipping service you used.

USPS: You have 28 days to cancel a USPS shipping label that you printed on eBay, and it can take up to 21 days for USPS to approve or reject the refund.
UPS: You have 28 days to cancel the label on eBay for a refund
FedEx: You have 28 days, to cancel the label on eBay for a refund
eBay Standard Envelope: The labels are non-cancelable once they have been printed. Please review the terms and conditions here.

Here's how to cancel a shipping label you printed on eBay:

Go to Manage shipping labels.
Find the item you'd like to cancel the shipping label for, then from the Actions column, select Cancel Label.
Choose your reason for canceling the label.
Select Send request.
