Purchased the same shipping label twice
I accidentally purchased the eBay managed shipping label multiple times for the same item and I see three charges for it on my payment activity detail. How can I get credit without voiding the label I used to ship the item?

Mentor2 years agoGo to Seller Hub > Orders > Shipping labels
Locate the labels. Click the down-arrow, select VOID. You have 5 days from date of printing to void the label. The USPS will credit your account in 2-3 weeks after they have confirmed the label was never used. Make sure you do not accidentally void the label you printed correctly.

Also adding: Each label has a different tracking number. Hopefully you can tell from your unused labels which tracking numbers you didn't use.

OP2 years agoThank you for the quick feedback. I was able to void the extra labels. Their status was still in “manifest†instead of transit and easy to identify.
