Purchased preorder item never was sent out.

Question

I purchased a preorder item of pokemon center etb and upon release the seller said they had it and would ship it out that day or the next. it’s been over two weeks and seller stopped all communication after saying that. Hasn’t answered me and i tried to get help through ebay but i just get stuck in a loop of the same thing. what do i do?

Here's what to do...

Check the estimated delivery date shown in your Purchase History. When that date has passed, you have up to 30 days to use the option next to the transaction to open a case for an item not received. The seller will have 3 business days to prove delivery or refund. If he doesn't, go back to the case on day 4 and use the option to ask eBay to step in. eBay will force the refund.

Hopefully you haven't, but if you've left the deadline pass for opening a case, your only other option is to contact your credit card company about a chargeback.
