Purchased past 30 days but never worked
Hi, I purchased an iPhone in April of 2025. The seller assured me that the phone was unlocked and it was listed as unlocked. I tried many times to connect the phone but it wouldn’t work. I contacted the seller and I was told again that the phone was unlocked. Finally, I was able to get a SIM card and took a picture and sent it to the seller showing that the phone was not unlocked. He unlocked the phone in September of 2025. After the phone unlocked, I tried to charge it and it started overheating. I contacted the seller who told me to send it back. I told the seller that I could not because since I purchased the phone in April, it was not an option. He said he’s not able to take it back. The phone never works; I never used it because of the false advertisement stating that I purchased an unlocked phone and it was not unlocked. Please help me, I would like to get an exchange for a working phone
