Purchased on guest account but can't contact the seller...

I have not received a purchased item yet from a Seller. But I accidentally purchased the item using a guest account instead of my actual account. Now it is asking me to register to contact the seller. I don't know what to do in this situation.

Hi @timelin87 You should be able to proceed after you get access to your "order details ." There's a blue button provided on this eBay help page to help you do that > Get help if you bought as a guest
