Purchased New Replacement Battery for my Dewalt line trimmer last year. 10 year warranty. Used last year for my yard seasonal cleanup. Stored battery properly. Attempted to use it a few weeks ago. Battery will show fully charged but only runs for like 60 seconds then dead despite still showing fully charged. Contacted seller a few times but will not return messages.

There might be a thermal disconnect in the trimmer. For warranty, the seller can't help you ... you have to contact DeWalt. When you bought the product new, did you mail in the registration card?
