Purchased made and took the money out of my account

Question

I made a purchased on Jan 27 and payment was taken out now I haven't received the purchase and can't get no one to get my money back but it's been taken out and shows on my statement . I guess that customer did a fraud and took my money and I'm requesting a refund

January 27 was only two days ago. It's unlikely that a package could be delivered that quickly.

If you do not get the item after the estimated delivery date, you can request a refund
