Purchased Lifetime Radiator from max_motor_performance he no answer emails
Order Date: January 30, 2024 Order Total: US $198.91 Order Number: 04‑11126‑82XXX Seller: ( max_motor_performance )
I bought a new radiator from this seller, advertised with a lifetime warranty. The radiator has already started leaking where the tubes are soldered, which looks like a clear manufacturing defect.
I’ve emailed the seller multiple times asking for warranty support, but I haven’t received a single reply. I can still send messages, but when I went to the seller’s website and tried to make an offer on another radiator, I got this message: “Sorry, the seller is not accepting bids or offers from you at this time.â€
It really feels like the seller is brushing me off and avoiding responsibility instead of honoring the warranty.
For reference, this is the warranty text copied directly from the seller’s site:
I’m posting here because the eBay Community is usually much more knowledgeable about how to handle situations like this. Right now, it feels like I got taken advantage of, and the seller has a “too bad for you†attitude. I’d really appreciate any guidance on what steps I should take next or if anyone else has dealt with something similar.
